3 Portwall lane
Major refurbishment and extension of a former Victorian warehouse originally designed by locally renowned architect William Bruce Gingell. An additional storey was added with a new roof terrace to create Grade A office space in a sought-after location near Bristol city centre. The project achieved BREEAM Excellent Certification.
Due to its location opposite the Grade 1 Listed, St Mary Redcliffe, the additional storey necessitated a high-quality sympathetic design.
