The conversion of a former office building to serviced apartments.
Feasibility through to construction.
This project included a complete internal refit of the existing building. The shape of the existing plan meant that flats had to be carefully laid out to achieve a viable scheme for the client. Merchants House consists of 34 studio en-suited flats, a laundry room, and a separate communal area on the ground floor.
