Kings House
The site is in an ideal location for student accommodation, within a few minutes walk of the main Bristol University departments.
A former public house and associated car park formed the plot to be developed. Although the former public house was not listed and did not lie within a conservation area, the main façade was retained as it was considered to be of merit locally.
Behind the retained façade, 12 students flats containing a total of 52 student bedrooms was constructed. In addition, a commercial office unit was created for the project client.
