The town houses are arranged over four storeys including a garage, small back garden and generous roof terrace. After a process of extensive local and neighbour hood consultation and engagement, planning permission was approved under a delegated permission.
The site owner sold the site on in 2017 and the development has been completed on site by a different development and design team by the new owners. Externally the completed houses remain almost unchanged from the design approved at the planning stage and make a very positive addition to the local area. However, internally the design of some of the principal spaces have been compromised in the post planning stages.
