Old Sneed Park
Refurbishment and extension of a large 1930’s detached property set within an expansive garden located on one of the most exclusive roads in the Bristol Suburb of Sneyd Park . The principal reception rooms of the property were situated on the ground floor, however the extensive garden was at basement level which resulted in an uncomfortable relationship.
The extension has been positioned and orientated to maximise the connection between the garden and principal living rooms and in particular the kitchen. The result is a modern family home flooded with natural light with extensive views across the local nature reserve.
