Pembroke road

A new build five storey town house, situated at the end of a listed terrace in Clifton, Bristol. The original end of terrace property had been removed, presumably due to damage caused in the second world war.

Construction of the new building gave the opportunity to provide a satisfactory termination to the terrace. 105 West worked closely with the Bristol City Council conservation officer to develop the final design.

The resulting new building is visually in keeping with the attached listed terrace, with natural stone features to match those found on the original terrace, but with modern construction and performance. The new building is split in to two residential units, the first being at basement and ground floor, the second unit occupies the three upper floors.
