New restaurant and ancillary accommodation to the existing Grade II Listed Georgian Public House for a respected, local, well-established hospitality and catering provider. Planning permission and listed building consent were successfully achieved in 2026 for a Modern lightweight steel and glass extension. The new dining area takes advantage of the spectacular views across the Gordano Valley.
The permission included four en-suited guest rooms located on the southern boundary along with improvements to the car parking provision and associated landscaping.
