In 2025 planning permission was achieved after a complex process to convert a Victorian House with commercial premises into a new veterinary practice for a local practitioner.
A new contemporary extension was added to contrast with the traditional design of the existing house. This accommodated additional services allowing the Veterinary practice to expand their offerings.
